Emotional Support Animal Letter

The purpose of an emotional support animal letter is to make the special bond between people and their therapy pets even stronger. Many different factors can lead to symptoms such as depression, anxiety, sleepless nights, PTSD etc. The bond people have with their emotional support dogs and other animals can be very important in helping to ease the symptoms of those conditions.

ESA's Can Help In Many Ways:

  • Feel Better
  • Sleep Better
  • Feel More Confident
  • Better Overall Well-being
  • Feel More Comfortable
  • Increased Self-Esteem

Restriction Benefits

Having an official ESA letter allows you to roam free with your animal. Pet restrictions become a thing of the past. With very few exceptions, a Therapy Pet letter will allow your pet to live with you virtually anywhere. Some apartment complexes have a no pet policy, or breed and size restrictions, but with an official ESA letter from Therapy Pet, you and your pet would be allowed to bypass all of that.

Who Qualifies for an Emotional Support Animal?

Essentially anybody who feels that their pet is a key source of comfort and well-being can qualify for an emotional support animal. There may be certain levels of anxiety, depression and restlessness that are mitigated by the presence of a pet. Qualifying for an ESA essentially means that your pet helps you live a better life.
